| Job Function - Provide administrative support to the CBE Undergraduate Office. Complete projects as assigned by the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs. |
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Serve as first contact for the provision of student support in the CBE Undergraduate Office; receive, log and screen each request for support, determine needs, and route promptly and appropriately |
*
|
Stay abreast of information necessary to provide service provision, including policies, deadlines, laws, contact information and hours of associated offices, forms, and information systems
|
*
|
Recognize and resolve student issues that do not require professional Advisors' or Associate Dean's intervention |
*
|
Provide effective administrative support to Advisors as they manage case interventions and programming for their assigned student groups |
*
|
Coordinate logistics of CBE events and meetings supporting admissions and alumni affairs functions. Accountabilities to include scheduling, transportation, room reservations, invitations, collaterial material development/procurement, attendance, food, and minutes.

|
Produce the CBE Annual Student Handbook and academic plan management tools according to content, budget, and timeline specifications; provide administrative support for activities and events related to the peer mentor program
|

|
Coordinate implementation of international programming administered through the CBE Undergraduate Office; provide administrative support for Tauck and other international scholarships/programs
|
*
|
Support Undergraduate Office team activities as assigned during key academic events and transaction periods
|
QUALIFICATIONS
1. |
Associates Degree or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience |
2. |
One to three years related work experience |
3. |
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
4. |
Good analytical and decision making skills |
5. |
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously |
6. |
Solid computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software |
7. |
Successful completion of standard background checks: social security verification, education verification, and national criminal background checks |
